5 Ways to Make Money Online in 2022
Blogging is big business, so they say, but what is the best way to get in and get paid?
. Over the weekend, I went to visit my aunt and uncle, and they were very interested in the blogging business. They also viewed me, as a content creator, a title that has been coming up more and more these days.
Content creators are special influencers who are so respected they are paid, handsomely, for the content they produce. I make content, and said content makes me money or provides me with leads to who may want to commision a Houston Based Web Designer to assist with their small business- but there is no E-Class sitting in front of my front door.
But I have made money from it. Let’s get into some of the varying opportunities to make money from blogging. Which worked best for me, and which ones I have completely passed up
1.Direct Sales-
For me, I prefer to drive my traffic to products and services I personally own- my websites or books.. This is the greatest profit margin I have had with blogging/ vlogging for pay. So, in your case you could promote your craft beer business, your mother- in-laws jewelry business, an e-book for dating {gotta write it but you feel me}.
Leading viewers to products you own or services you provide you can enjoy the maximum profits, and allow you to cultivate a deeper relationship with your audience.
2.Affiliate Marketing
Nothing to sell? Don’t worry, you can do affiliate marketing. This is when you simply promote products you already use and get paid a small- like 4 percent- payout if your audience buys it. You can sign up with amazon associates, who i use, but if you have a favorite store they may pay you as well [ I had a contract with Express for a long time, then I got a little fat} here is a link to some popular ones. https://masterblogging.com/lifestyle-affiliate-programs/\
This route is a lot smaller payout, and you have less control over your audience experiences. I would advise you to share quality items from brands you trust more than anything. I once bought a product promoted by a blogger and the product was such a poor excuse of what it was sold to be, I never visited her channel again.
3.Sponsors-
Local business owners can sponsor videos in exchange for a shout out. I typically got paid like 100 dollars to do this for people when i was doing the podcast. I would suggest you seek out business owners or local artists who your target audience may find interesting. Its best that what you sell is aligned with the content focus.
This method is more profitable than affiliate marketing but it does take work. You would need to reach out to potential clients and pitch your offer. I would suggest you make three packages to offer and be able to explain the benefits of partnering with you.
4.Views-
This is going to take time but if you make content consistently you can get partnerships with youtube, IG, and Tik Tok. Each has its own rules to apply. Some are easier than others. I have a partnership with IG who has offered me money based on the popularity of my reels.

5.Donations-
Some people get donations from viewers; never tried it myself but all you need is a paypal account. Tell your viewers what you need and you may be surprised by the generosity of the world around us.
