Why your company DESPERATELY needs Policies, even if you are just starting

When I created policies and procedures, for my business it was similar to having to set boundaries in my personal life.

It was scary. I was concerned if i created these policies, even though I really really needed them, would my clients would still like me? Would I lose out on money by creating obstacles around my business??

But without the policies i was losing money, clients were overstepping me and guiding the design process of my organisation!
